The SLNT Brand Manager will champion the brand into the consumers eyes and shape our outward image. Through implementing creative marketing campaigns across all go-to-market channels, they will curate a holistic brand story of who we are, what we stand for, and how we can help people.
They are the heart beat of the company, driving our vision and mission through creative and clever strategies by capturing consumers attention, educating them on our why, and delivering compelling content that grows and maintains the SLNT customer base.
Support marketing to "relaunch" current products in new ways, plan out deliverables, and schedule current and future product launches. The goal is to learn what works and never go stale.
Create, manage and implement our 12 month Go-to-Market strategy
Leads the development of strategies and objectives for building and executing year-round brand engagement through partnerships, social media, influencers, fan conventions, and other marketing vehicles.
Work closely with Aaron, Brandon and Byron on crafting bi-monthly DTC marketing campaigns
Work alongside Brandon for Klaviyo optimization and implementation of new segments based off of metrics in glew, shopify, and social channels
Social Media Management
With a focus on growth and engagement, plan out our strategy on all things social. Audit and set a baseline with forecasting on where we can be by end of year with the increases organic interaction, reach, followers, and engagement on all channels.
Facebook: increase shares to reach audiences outside of direct follower network. Build a community and set up a plan for growth on fb specifically.
Instagram: Increase followers by 100%, get account verified and execute ideas within social audit
Tiktok: Create content ideas and execute videos that we can use as ads, organic and on reels
Twitter: Bring customers to our company/product. Breaking down the "wall" between company and consumer. Create conversations that provoke interaction. Increase follower count by 100% in the next 12 months and interactions by 100% in the next 6 months.
Pinterest: Scrub and create a board that educates people and promotes our products in the travel and Privacy, security, and health space
Youtube: Create defining content that brings people to our channel for privacy, security, and health reasons. Grow subscribers by 100%
Others: Stay apart of relevant conversations on Reddit, Quora. Hire and manage contractor to help support in commenting campaigns, research, etc via upwork.
Ambassadors/Influencers: Identify a network of dedicated supporters and influencers that champion the brand
Sales Channel Support
Curate our outbound content and voice strategically for the variety of specific channels we have. The goal is to segment our market channels to match sales channels in order to provide the most on brand experience whether it is dtc, b2b or military direct.
View this through the lens of dtc, b2b vendors, b2b promotional, regional distributors, retail, government and military direct, any channel that's not owned by slnt.
Work in conjunction with Ads manager Ryan Walsh on social and search to deliver best content to ad performance. Understand the metrics and kpi's of what works, study and deliver a comprehensive monthly report along side of Ads manager speaking to all aspects of content, assets, creative, copywrite, etc.
Support current and new product launches by reviewing and assisting in packaging, messaging and campaigns around launches. Create stories that show the depth of what we are creating with an "about you" approach that makes the customer the hero and SLNT the guide.
Plan out NPI launches (New Product Introductions) and strategic current product refresh campaigns
Utilizes category and consumer insights from social channels to identify growth opportunities and drive innovation in product development
Content, shot lists, photo/video shoots
Set up a calendar for needed content shoots
Create the concept, find the talent and make it happen within a budget.
Utilize your own shooting skills to create ugc and professional assets in house - this is an opportunity to have fun and be creative in how we market SLNT.

Strong writing skills and ability to take technical details that surround SLNT and put into marketing laymen's terms, icons, graphics and materials that keep SLNT and it's products 100% clear on what, who and why they exist. Goal of getting a place where less is more.
Creative thinker who has their ear to the ground with what is happening in the world and how relevant new, trends, and events can play into SLNT
Ability to think outside the box through implementing something new for SLNT. When everyone else zigs let's zag and find what non conventional approach works for us.
