SLNT is seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to promote our brand, engage with our audience, and drive online presence and conversions. You will be responsible for managing multiple social media accounts, creating and scheduling content, monitoring social media metrics, and staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating engaging content.


  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and website traffic.
  • Manage and maintain multiple social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create and curate compelling content for social media channels, including text posts, images, videos, and infographics.
  • Create and edit video content for reels and ads.
  • Schedule and publish social media posts using social media management tools.
  • Engage with the audience, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
  • Monitor social media metrics and analytics to track the performance of social media campaigns and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices and implement them effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
  • Monitor industry-related topics, trends, and news for content opportunities.
  • Conduct competitive research to identify opportunities and benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms. Provide regular reports and insights on social media performance to management.

Qualifications: ‘

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field a PLUS
  • Proven work experience as a social media coordinator or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices.
  • Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
  • Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising principles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles is a plus.
  • Graphic design or video editing skills a must
  • Familiarity with industry-related software and tools is a plus.
