All of our products are warehoused in the USA where we provide global shipping via USPS, UPS, FedEx or 3rd party. Orders ship within 2 business days, rush delivery available.

Returns / Exchanges

SLNT® and Silent Pocket® Patented, Patent Pending, and trademarked products are held to the highest standards, go through rigorous quality control and are guaranteed to work. If a product defect does land in your hands please contact us immediately and we will replace the item free of charge. All products under normal use and wear are warranted for 12 months. Our products require special care and can become damaged due to sharp objects, water or irregular use - please contact us for more information.

Returns are accepted up to 30 days after original purchase date for unused products.

Products MUST be in original condition. This includes original Silent Pocket Labeled Undamaged Packaging, and all internal Marketing Cards. Returns without one or either of these will be adjusted at our discretion.

Do not ship back to return address without authorization from SLNT INC
An issued RMA number is required for all returns, returns will not be processed without prior authorization.
We will refund the product cost, but not the Shipping Costs to or from your address.
Make sure the returned Silent Pocket product is carefully wrapped in original packaging, unused product and contents.
If original packaging or internal marketing contents need to be replaced than your refunded cost will be adjusted at our discretion.
Please get a tracking number for all return items as we are not responsible for lost products coming back to our warehouse.
