We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. Due to increased holiday demand, orders will be processed within 2-4 business days from

By default, we offer Route to provide low-cost package protection and peace of mind on your order.
Route Package Protection is an optional service that you can choose to add to your online order during the checkout process. This service typically covers the package against issues such as theft, damage, or loss during shipping. If a package with Route Package Protection encounters any of these problems, you can quickly file a claim with Route to receive compensation or a replacement.
This option can be removed in the cart before finalizing your purchase but may automatically add in the Express Checkout options. Please note, if you choose to opt-out of this service that we are not responsible for items lost or stolen during shipping.
We offer Standard Ground, FedEx 2-Day and FedEx Standard Overnight shipping services.
Standard Ground shipping will ship through any of our shipping partners (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL) and will deliver to you within 3-7 business days.
FedEx 2Day will deliver to you within 2 business days. Packages will arrive by 5:00 PM to most areas and by 8 PM to residences.
FedEx Standard Overnight will deliver to you the next business day by 4:30 PM to U.S. businesses and by 8:00 PM to residences.

As long as the order has not been processed by our warehouse team, we are able to cancel or change your order/shipping address if needed.
Yes. We ship to APO, FPO, DPO and PO Boxes via USPS, which may take up to 15 days in transit depending on the location.

During the holidays, we accept returns up to 45 days after original delivery date for all items excluding the SLNT® Faraday Jacket and Pants. Returns of the SLNT® Faraday Jacket and/or the SLNT® Faraday Pants must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
If your item was a gift, you will be issued store credit for returns. This store credit can be used for future purchases at SLNT.
Items discounted at 40% or more are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
Prior authorization from SLNT® is required before shipping any return. Returns are only accepted at our warehouse. An issued RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is mandatory for all returns.
A return label will be provided for your convenience; however, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Once the return label has been provided it must be sent within 7 days. This label will only facilitate a return within the United States. If your package is outside of the United States, we are unable to provide a return label.
Products MUST be in original condition—unused, unworn, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.
If the original packaging or marketing contents need to be replaced, for items other than the SLNT® Faraday Jacket and Pants, your refund amount may be reduced by a restocking fee up to 10%. A 25% restocking fee will apply if the SLNT® Faraday Jacket and Pants are returned without original packaging, or if they are deemed used, worn, washed or are missing tags.
Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for return processing. You will receive a refund notification from us when your refund has been processed. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in like-new condition.

We confidently stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our products with a 1-Year limited warranty. In the unlikely event that your product suffers from a manufacturing defect within this period, we promise to repair or replace it at no additional cost. Please note, our warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, improper handling, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
