Standard Ground shipping will ship through any of our shipping partners (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL) and may be in transit anywhere between 6-10 businesses days.
UPS 2nd Day Air will deliver to you by the end of the second business day.
UPS Next Day Air will deliver to you by the end of the next business day. Packages will arrive by 4:00 PM to most areas and by end of day to residences.
FedEx 2Day will deliver to you within 2 business days. Packages will arrive by 5:00 PM to most areas and by 8 PM to residences.
FedEx Standard Overnight will deliver to you the next business day by 4:30 PM to U.S. businesses and by 8:00 PM to residences.
Please note these are best estimates based on our shipping partners. Orders are shipped from Phoenix, AZ and are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 11am PST on Friday, or anytime on Saturday and Sunday, will be processed the following business day.
Express orders shipping via UPS or FedEx must be placed prior to 11am PST in order to ship same day. If Express orders are placed after 11am PST or over the weekend then these will be shipped the next business day.
For International customers we ship all orders via Passport. All applicable taxes, duties and shipping costs will be calculated and paid for at checkout.
The holidays are our busiest time of year, and carriers are experiencing higher-than-usual shipping volumes. Because of that, delivery times may take longer than normal.

Orders placed after these deadlines may not arrive before the holidays, so we recommend ordering as early as possible.

All orders ship from Phoenix, AZ. From November 1, 2025 – January 1, 2026, our warehouse operates Sunday through Saturday and is closed on all U.S. holidays.

Yes. We ship to APO, FPO, DPO and PO Boxes via USPS, which may take up to 15 days in transit depending on the location.
As long as the order has not been processed by our warehouse team, we are able to cancel or change your order/shipping address if needed.
You'll receive an email notification, complete with tracking information, once your order has been shipped.
If you've created an account, you can easily log in, select your order, and access the tracking information directly.
Route Package Protection is an optional service that you can choose to add to your online order during the checkout process. This service typically covers the package against issues such as theft, damage, or loss during shipping. If a package with Route Package Protection encounters any of these problems, you can quickly file a claim with Route to receive compensation or a replacement.
This option can be removed in the cart before finalizing your purchase but may automatically add in the Express Checkout options. Please note, if you choose to opt-out of this service that we are not responsible for items lost or stolen during shipping.

We’ve extended our return and exchange policy for the holiday season! Orders placed between November 1 and December 31, 2025 may be returned or exchanged until January 31, 2026.
Please note that items discounted 40% or more are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
All returns require prior authorization before shipping back to our warehouse. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. For U.S. orders, a prepaid return label will be provided for your convenience, but the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We cannot provide return labels for international orders.
Products must be in original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact. If packaging or marketing inserts are missing, a restocking fee of up to 10% may apply. The Faraday Jacket and Pants returned without original packaging, or deemed used, worn, or washed, will incur a 25% restocking fee.
Refunds exclude original shipping costs, and the cost of the return label will be deducted. Please allow 1–2 weeks for processing once your return is received, plus 1–3 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method. Orders placed with Bitcoin will be refunded as store credit.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for items not in like-new condition.
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, you will be notified about the status of your refund.
Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for return processing. You will receive a refund notification from us when your refund has been processed. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in like-new condition.
Customers will not be refunded for the initial shipping costs paid when purchasing and the cost of the prepaid label will be deducted from the refund amount. Tax will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.
Refunds will take an additional 1-3 business days to credit back to your original form of payment.
We confidently stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our products with a 1-Year limited warranty. In the unlikely event that your product suffers from a manufacturing defect within this period, we promise to repair or replace it at no additional cost. Please note, our warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, improper handling, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
