Return Policy

Returns: Returns are accepted up to 30 days after original purchase date for unused products.

Products MUST be in original condition. This includes original Silent Pocket Labeled Undamaged Packaging, and all internal Marketing Cards. Returns without one or either of these will be adjusted at our discretion.

In order to initiate a return, simply email the reason for your return to sales@slnt.com.

Please read instructions:

• Do not ship back to return address without authorization from SLNT INC
• An issued RMA number is required for all returns, returns will not be processed without prior authorization.
• We will refund the product cost, but not the Shipping Costs to or from your address.
• Make sure the returned Silent Pocket product is carefully wrapped in original packaging, unused product and contents.
• If original packaging or internal marketing contents need to be replaced than your refunded cost will be adjusted at our discretion.
• Please get a tracking number for all return items as we are not responsible for lost products coming back to our warehouse.

Exchanges: The only way to make an exchange with us is to return the unwanted item and rebuy the correct item. Please follow the above instructions. You can choose to reorder the correct product before the return has been received, or wait for your refund.

Warranty: The goods purchased here shall be free from defects and ensure the products work as described for privacy, security and lifestyle empowerment. These products when cared for properly and under normal use are under warranty for 1 year.
