Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges:

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for most items. The exception is the SLNT® Faraday Jacket and Pants, which must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Please note that items discounted 40% or more are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

All returns require prior authorization before shipping back to our warehouse. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. For U.S. orders, a prepaid return label will be provided for your convenience, but the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We cannot provide return labels for international orders.

Products must be in original condition—unused, unworn, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact. If packaging or marketing inserts are missing, a restocking fee of up to 10% may apply. The Faraday Jacket and Pants returned without original packaging, or deemed used, worn, or washed, will incur a 25% restocking fee.

Refunds exclude original shipping costs, and the cost of the return label will be deducted. Please allow 1–2 weeks for processing once your return is received, plus 1–3 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method. Orders placed with Bitcoin will be refunded as store credit.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for items not in like-new condition.

Warranty:

All products are backed by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects. If your item qualifies, we’ll refund or replace it at no cost.

Warranty does not cover misuse, improper handling, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
