North Dakota isshall-issue for applicants who meet statutory requirements, and it offers Class 1 (generally broader reciprocity; age 21+) and Class 2 (age 18+) licenses.

North Dakota also allows permitless (“constitutional”) concealed carry for eligible individuals who are not prohibited from possessing firearms and who carry valid government-issued identification. For practical transport and day-to-day carry: pay close attention to vehicle rules (ND restricts loaded firearms in vehicles unless an exception applies), and use secure storage in shared spaces like cars, hotel rooms and rentals, by unloading when appropriate, locking in a hard-sided case or lockbox, and keeping items out of reach of unauthorized persons. For privacy and to reduce electronic-tracking risk when storing valuables in vehicles or hotels, consider Faraday-protected SLNT bags alongside your locked storage routine.
