This position will manage and grow SLNT sales through GSA, state/fed gov, mil, law enforcement and the like with our new selection of TAA and Berry Compliant products.
Aggregate data and analytics from all sales channels and make sense of it.
Sales reporting with weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual plans.
Manage and monitor GSA listing and communication for inbound and outbound communication. Work closely with GSA contract specialist consultant to maximize SLNT’s opportunities for sales on this channel.
Work directly with 3PL and guide their team into what we need for sales logistics, schedules, delivery times, and compliance.
Leverage existing contacts in mil/gov and exploit the opportunities for SLNT.
Aggressively blend the different outreach mediums to acquire new customers as vendors, b2b corporate/custom, gov, military and direct to consumer bulk orders. Be the POC for all inbound sales opportunities with support from ceo, marketing and product departments.
Targeted 30-50% revenue growth per channel per year.
Attend trade shows 3-4 times annually and close 1 large deal per show. Work with operations to make sure each show will be successful. Analyze and chose which trade shows are best for us and run cost analysis.
Use hubspot as crm for customers, contacts, leads.
Clear and energetic phone communication skills that can be mirrored for the unique sales channels we operate in: health/wellness, gsa/mil, law enforcement, fashion, etc.
Existing GSA sales position, knowledge or training
Cold calling experience is a + show us how to sell by walking the customer through all the doors.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
Maintain Clear Communication between the different departments and how their different needs work together.
A quick learner who is able to problem solve and work towards a solution with an understanding of the first principle problem being solved for.
An analytical thinker who uses data to align and drive the business towards its goals and overall strategies. Background in economics and data analytics particularly for ecommerce.
Team-oriented with amazing communication skills, a positive attitude, and consistent energy.
Excellent time management and follow-up skills.
