Intern - Graphic Designer


The mission of the Graphic Designer at SLNT is to visually communicate our brand's identity, values, and messages across both printed and digital platforms. Through innovative and impactful design solutions, the Graphic Designer enhances the aesthetic appeal and effectiveness of our marketing materials, including packaging, presentations, and online assets. By leveraging creativity and technical expertise, the role ensures consistent brand representation and engages our audience with compelling visual storytelling. Ultimately, the Graphic Designer plays a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, fostering customer engagement, and supporting the overall success of our organization


  • Conceptualize and create visually compelling designs for both printed and digital media, including but not limited to packaging, presentation decks, marketing collateral, social media graphics, website assets, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, brand guidelines, and target audience needs.
  • Develop and execute design concepts from initial ideation to final production, ensuring consistency and alignment with project objectives.
  • Produce print-ready files and digital assets, adhering to design specifications and technical requirements.
  • Provide creative input and innovative solutions to enhance the visual impact and effectiveness of our marketing materials across various channels.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design, and incorporate them into our design process.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


  • Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of print and digital design work.
  • Proficiency in the following design software is required:
    • Adobe Creative Suite:
      • Photoshop (for image editing and manipulation)
      • Illustrator (for vector graphics and illustrations)
      • InDesign (for layout design and print materials)
  • Proficiency in the following design software is preferred:
    • Figma (for collaborative design and prototyping)
    • Canva (for easy-to-edit templates that other team members can use)
  • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and user experience principles.
  • Experience designing for packaging, presentation decks, and digital platforms (websites, social media, email campaigns).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, take feedback constructively, and iterate on designs accordingly.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Thoroughly reads or listens to a project brief, asks appropriate questions, and doesn’t overlook any of the project requirements.


Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines.

Maintain Clear Communication between the different departments and how their different needs work together.

A quick learner who is able to problem solve and work towards a solution with an understanding of the first principle problem being solved for.
