Mission
The mission of Operations Support is to ensure products move efficiently from manufacturer to warehouse to customer with speed, accuracy, and cost awareness. This role supports the operational backbone of the business by maintaining strong logistics coordination, clean data, reliable fulfillment, and smooth cross team execution as the company scales.
Success in this role looks like predictable operations, accurate inventory flow, dependable systems, and strong alignment between internal teams and external partners.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
Maintain Clear Communication between the different departments and how their different needs work together.
A quick learner who is able to problem solve and work towards a solution with an understanding of the first principle problem being solved for.
An analytical thinker who uses data to align and drive the business towards its goals and overall strategies.
