The mission of the Sales Operations Coordinator is to serve as the operational backbone for the Business Development and wholesale sales teams. This role exists to ensure sales execution runs smoothly through accurate inventory coordination, clean data, reliable quoting and invoicing support, seamless logistics, proactive lead intake, deep account knowledge, and disciplined process management, reducing friction between all departments. Success is defined by organized pipelines, complete lead context, accurate execution, and strong cross team alignment.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
Maintain Clear Communication between the different departments and how their different needs work together.
A quick learner who is able to problem solve and work towards a solution with an understanding of the first principle problem being solved for.
