Responsibilities

  • Audit our ecosystem: content, cadence, voice, platform fit, and competitive whitespace. Kill the fluff. Keep the fire.
  • Engineer the strategy: who’s it for, why it matters, when to post it, and what we want the audience to do.
  • Build the content map: storytelling on Instagram, POVs on TikTok, threads on X, and punchy thought leadership on LinkedIn.
  • Stretch one idea across platforms: platform-specific templates that allow one message to be shown across all channels.
  • Establish KPIs: delivered in biweekly reports that actually mean something.
  • Document everything: systems, workflows, templates, all handed off in a clean, ready-to-run playbook.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in social media strategy—not scheduling, not “content creation,” but actual strategy with real outcomes.
  • Proven track record of growing organic engagement and turning content into revenue, not just reach.
  • Cross-platform fluency: knows the native language of each platform and how to game the algorithm without being its puppet.
  • Strategic ruthlessness: knows what won’t work and has the backbone to say it.
  • Data-driven, culture-savvy, and allergic to fluff.
  • Experience with CPG lifestyle brands that market to people actually living their lives, not just scrolling them.
